Born in Mobile, AL and a graduate of Troy University, Kenny and his wife moved to Asheville in 1992 to join his family’s businesses, Advanced Business Equipment, Advanced Mailing Systems and UpTime Computer Sales & Services where he served in various management and sales roles.

Kenny joined our firm in March 2004 and has directed his focus in the retail industry as well as downtown properties in Asheville.  His methodical approach to task management, his work ethic and his sterling character make us extremely proud to have him on our team.
In October 2005, Kenny achieved the designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) having completed the following courses;

• CI Intro - Introduction to Commercial Investment Real Estate Analysis
• CI 101 - Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate
• CI 102 - Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate
• CI 103 – User Decision Analysis for Commercial Real Estate
• CI 104 - Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate

While it has been less than 2 years since Kenny has made the transition to commercial real estate, we are extremely proud to boast that his hard work has already resulted in closing 24 transactions totaling over  $11,000,000.

Kenny lives in Asheville with his wife of 15 years and their three children. He is a member of the Asheville Christian Academy Board of Directors.  He also has a passion for fly-fishing in the mountain streams of Western North Carolina.
