A native of Asheville, Tim’s career in commercial real estate stems from his background in business and financial management. Having completed an MBA degree with an emphasis on marketing, he began working for Sara Lee Corporation in brand management, marketing operations and advertising and promotion. He later joined the family publishing company, serving as General Manager of Operations and President.

Tim later developed a management consulting and printing brokerage firm. He has also developed a real estate investment partnership and participated in analysis, purchase and management of commercial and investment properties.

Tim resides in Asheville with his wife and three children.
